Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Mi Mundo de Kristal! Below you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.

1. Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after purchase.
- Custom or personalized items may take up to 7 business days depending on design and production time.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Note: You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been placed, and another once it has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
- Estimated delivery times:
  • Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Priority U.S. Shipping: 2–4 business days
- We currently ship within the United States only. (International shipping coming soon!)

Please note that delivery delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or holiday volume.

3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package in real-time.

4. Shipping Carriers
We partner with reliable carriers such as:
- USPS
- UPS
- FedEx (when applicable)

Carrier selection is based on cost-effectiveness and delivery speed for your specific address.

5. Delivery Issues
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:
- First, check around your property or with neighbors.
- If it’s still missing, contact us within 3 days of the delivery notification.

We will do our best to assist you, but please note we are not responsible for:
- Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation
- Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout

6. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to:
- P.O. Boxes (for certain products or carriers)
- International addresses at this time
