Thank you for shopping with Mi Mundo de Kristal. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be:
- In the same condition you received them
- Unworn/unused, with tags
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
To start a return, email us at returns@mimundodekristal.com. Do not send any items without receiving return instructions first. Approved returns will receive a shipping label and instructions.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Custom or personalized items
- Beauty or personal care products
- Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids/gases)
- Gift cards and items marked as final sale

4. Exchanges
To make an exchange, return your item and place a new order separately once the return is accepted.
5. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary by bank.
If it has been over 15 business days since your refund was approved, please contact us.
